Throughout my professional experience, I had the opportunity to work in the food industry, which allowed me to understand the industrial challenges of large scale food production.
I co-funded BioTech Foods in 2017, a cultivated meat producer that aims to offer a meat alternative that will help supply the growing global demand for animal protein, while addressing the main drawbacks of factory farming: health issues, environmental sustainability, and animal welfare.
