Head of Own Brand Management- Marketing at Transgourmet Central and Eastern Europe

Arsalan is a Senior Project Manager in the Corporate Marketing of Transgourmet Central and Eastern Europe. Transgourmet is the leading wholesaler, providing HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering/Canteen) sector with high-quality, full range of products and services. He joined Transgourmet in 2017 to lead the development of in-house brands including Transgourmet Ursprung (Transgourmet Heritage). Outstanding culinary quality, authentic producer stories, and a sustainability approach are the three pillars of this brand.

Before joining Transgourmet he worked for Metro Cash and Carry International for 9 years in several different positions: product management, brand management and marketing. His mission throughout his career was to create services, innovations, inspirations and products which makes the job of chefs easier. He is currently leading a campaign called “KITCHEN PLAN(T)”. Initiated by Transgourmet, ProVeg and Catering Management, KITCHEN PLAN(T) is an online platform and digital Eevent taking place from 8th to 10th of June to demonstrate how plant-based food concepts in public catering can be profitable through reliable planning and delicious at the same time.
