Arsalan is a Senior Project Manager in the Corporate Marketing of Transgourmet Central and Eastern Europe. Transgourmet is the leading Foodservice company, providing  HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering/Canteen) sector with high-quality, full range of products and services.He joined Transgourmet on 2017 to lead the development of Own Brands including Transgourmet Ursprung. Outstanding culinary quality, authentic producer stories, and a sustainability approach are the three pillars of this brand.

Before joining Transgourmet he was 9 years in Metro Cash and Carry international in different positions, product management, brand management and Marketing. His mission throughout his career was always to create services, innovations, inspirations and products which makes the life of the Chefs easier.He is currently leading a campaign called “KITCHEN PLAN(T)”. Initiated from Transgourmet, Proveg and Catering Management, KITCHEN PLAN(T) is an online platform and digital Event taking place from 8th to 10th of June to demonstrate how plantbased food concepts in communal catering can succeed - economically, through reliable planning and still be a delicious option.
