Principal Application Specialist, Fresh Fermented Application Group at IFF

Kirsten Lauridsen currently is the Principal Application Specialist in Fresh Fermented Application Group at IFF with a focus on dairy and plant-based fresh fermented products. In her past positions as an Application Manager she has had responsibility for sweeteners, pectin, stabilizer solutions, enzymes, starter cultures and probiotics.

She has been with DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences for 13 years. Prior to joining DuPont, she held Product Development position at Kløver Mælk and Production Engineer in cheese plant, Klovborg Mejeri, Kløver Mælk. Kirsten received her MSc in Dairy from Copenhagen University and HD (Diploma) in marketing from Southern Denmark University.
