Head of Cellular Agriculture Project at ProVeg International

Nathalie started working on the topic of cellular agriculture at the Maastricht University with Mark Post, the creator of the first in-vitro burger, where they worked together on a cultured meat consumer acceptance study. She has continued working on this subject with a project of the French research institute INRA and co-leads the Cellular Agriculture Project at ProVeg. The Cellular Agriculture Project explores the potential of cellular agriculture to transition to a food system that is sustainable for humans, animals and our planet.
