Founder & CEO of Formo
Raffael is Founder & CEO of Formo (former LegenDairy Foods), a startup developing delicious and ethical dairy based on milk proteins produced via fermentation technology. He has been working in venture development at different fast-growth, VC-backed startups in food and fashion. Previously, he was part of Atlantic Food Labs, a Berlin-based VC and company builder focused on food, health & sustainability, as well as an alumni of the ProVeg Incubator, the world’s leading Incubator of plant-based and cultured food startups.
He studied Strategy and International Management at the University of St.Gallen in Switzerland.
