• Investment & Market Insights: A visit and expert talk with a leading foodtech investor, offering perspectives on the current VC landscape and market dynamics for foodtech in Germany.
• Scaling & Road to Market: A guided facility tour at a pioneering alternative protein startup, including a session on scaling operations and successfully entering the German market. This will be complemented by a product tasting of the latest prototypes.
• Retail & Consumer Insights: A curated visit to a Berlin supermarket/food market to explore consumer behaviour, product presentation, and shelf placement strategies for alternative protein products.
• Networking & Alliances: An exclusive evening reception at the EUREF-Campus, serving as a side-event kickoff to the New Food Conference. This event will bring together representatives from the food industry, foodservice, and retail to facilitate tailored exchange and forge new alliances.
