Product Manager for Meat and Fish Alternatives at Planteneers

As Product Manager Meat & Fish, Florian Bark has been focusing on new plant-based product concepts since Planteneers was founded two years ago. The focus is on the development and improvement of emerging food products. Together with his colleagues from R&D, the passionate food technologist develops demand-oriented solutions in the field of plant-based meat alternatives. In addition, his ideas have played a major role in shaping the now established segment of fish alternatives. Florian started his career in the Stern-Wywiol Group in 2018 as Product Manager Meat & Fish at Hydrosol. Since founding Planteneers, he has applied his expertise to both companies. The trained chef studied food technology and processing at the Technical University of Berlin and can look back on several years of R&D work in leading companies in the food industry.
