Team Lead Product Management at Hydrosol GmbH & Co. KG

Katharina Burdorf is a food scientist and has worked in product management at Hydrosol for 7 years, where she is currently responsible as Team Lead. One of her key tasks is to ensure that the company picks up on and drives innovation at an early stage. In addition to her work in the ingredients industry, Katharina has been a PhD candidate at the University of Vechta since the end of 2019. Here, she conducts acceptance research on innovative foods with a focus on cultured meat as part of an interdisciplinary team.
