Frank guides early-stage food start-ups as a mentor at ProVeg Incubator and has lead the development of sustainable food technologies at Bühler Group and at CAS, a non-profit in the field of cellular agriculture. Frank is committed to creating environmentally-friendly food value chains that will sustainably serve a growing population.
