Varun co-founded SeaSpire to enable a consumer shift to seafood alternatives and have a mission to reduce the stress on our oceans for proteins. Company Bio: SeaSpire, an alternative seafood startup from India and New Zealand is developing platform technologies to produce whole-cut plant-based and hybrid seafood alternative products. As Asia Pacific is one of the largest seafood consuming regions, a switch or complementary addition of seafood alternatives is imperative to meet consumer demands.
