Hans-Georg Höllerer is VP Business Development, Communications & Operations at Bluu Seafood. He is an economist by training and started his career in the biotech practice of Boston Consulting Group. Afterwards, he was a manager at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where he spent the last years in government relations and lobbying; he also led the Europe-wide scouting of innovative research groups and companies for the foundation. As of Feb 2022, he is part of the leadership at Bluu Seafood, a foodtech company based in Berlin, Hamburg and Lübeck, who produce tasty seafood products directly from fish cells.
