Anna-Lena Klapp is ProVeg International’s Nutrition and Health Lead. She has a master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition and is a PhD candidate in Agricultural Sciences. Due to her award-winning research on food-based dietary guidelines, she cooperates with several international nonprofit organizations and governments to create a more sustainable, healthy, plant-forward future.
