Co-Founder of YUMGO, Maison Landemaine et Land&Monkeys

Rodolphe Landemaine is the founder of Maison Landemaine, a French-Japanese bakery and the founder of Land & Monkeys, a vegan bakery chain in Paris. In order to find a plant-based alternative for the use of eggs in their numerous salty and sweet recipes, he created YUMGO.

Together with his management partner, Anne Vincent, they developed a formula for plant-based egg substitutes, with natural ingredients, allergen free. YUMGO is available as the whole egg, yellow egg and white egg alternative in a liquid form filled in a bottle.
