Jim Mellon is a British entrepreneur, investor, author and philanthropist with a wide range of interests. Jim’s investment philosophy is underpinned by looking forward to new industries or major shifts in markets. Jim is the author of seven books and recently published Moo’s Law, focussed on alternative proteins and cellular agriculture. Jim co-founded Agronomics to invest in a portfolio of these companies, and is its largest investor.

Jim sits on the Board of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging and is an Honorary Fellow of Oriel College, University of Oxford, where he established the Mellon Centre for Longevity.”
