Isabel is a food engineer with a master’s degree in food science. She was born and raised in Guatemala and came to Belgium for her studies, where she's based. Passionate about innovation, product development, and food sustainability focusing especially in meat alternatives. Currently working as a Food Science Project Manager in MeaTech Europe helping in the transformation of culture cells into a food product.
