Paul is part of the ProVeg International Executive Team and is focused on Food & Climate strategy and growth. Formerly the Strategy Consulting Director at EY-Parthenon's Food & Agriculture practice in the USA, Paul has years of management consulting experience across the entire agri-food value chain, particularly in the realm of sustainability and plant-based. Most of his projects were in corporate strategy, food system design, innovation/venture incubation, due diligence, and large-scale project implementations.
Paul's primary focus is using systems thinking and high-leverage change levers to drive both climate action as well as competitiveness at courageous and future-focused food organisations. Now based in Berlin, Paul is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA).
