Eugenia Sague is co-founder and CEO of Cultimate Foods, a biotech startup based in Berlin/Hannover. Utilizing advanced cellular agriculture technologies, the company cultivates authentic animal fat cells and transforms them into an ingredient that enhances the taste, flavor and mouthfeel of plant-based meats, making them competitive with traditional meat. Before founding Cultimate Foods, Eugenia gained extensive experience in the alternative protein industry through roles at Heura Foods, ProVeg Incubator V-Label, and ProVeg International.
