Mighty founders, Tom and Nick, are two brothers from Yorkshire who (like many people out there)  both suffer from an intolerance to dairy. They found the dairy-free milk alternatives to be lacking,  whether it be in nutrition, taste or functionality, so they quit their jobs to start making Pea Milk! Both Tom and Nick had enjoyed successful careers in grocery retail at NAM’s, where they helped  brands to secure those vital supermarket listings. But they felt passionate to find a dairy alternative that was nutritious and kinder to the planet.  After a fair amount of research, they found that the yellow split peas were a healthy alternative and  developed a clear sustainable vision.
