A dedicated 'foodpreneur' and activist, Daniel is the founder and CEO of Knärzje GmbH, creators of Germany’s first zero-waste beer. He also serves as chairman of the NGO ShoutoutLoud e.V. and mentors rising impact-food startups, driving the New Food Economy forward.
