Patricia Sundstrom is CEO of Farm Adaptation Network, where she works on closing the gap between farmers and the market infrastructure needed to make protein diversification viable. She knows that gap from both sides: before founding FAN, she spent six years running a regenerative farm herself. She now leads FAN's Path to Plant Profits programme in Denmark, working across the value chain to connect growers with buyers, processors, and financiers.
