Simon drives the mission of ProVeg by shaping policy at the federal level. His work focuses on unlocking the benefits of an expanded protein supply across the entire value chain. In this role, Simon draws on his experience in policy advice and advocacy gained in civil society organisations and government agencies. His Master's degree in Global Change Management equips him to develop and implement science-based solutions for sustainable change.
