Virginia Cecchini Kuskow is Senior Food Industry Manager at the nutrition organisation ProVeg. An economist by training, she is responsible for programme management for the New Food Conference 2026. Other key areas of her work include partnerships with the food retail sector, the ProVeg price survey and the Superlist Environment ranking, which develops sustainability benchmarks for the food retail sector.
