Patrick Bühr is a passionate foodie. Since April 2021, he is Head of Research and Development at Rügenwalder Mühle. The 44-year old is responsible for all product innovation and renovation activities within the company. Before joining Rügenwalder Mühle, he was Head of Technical Sales and Product Application and Head of Product Development at IFF-Frutarom Savory Solutions, as well as in various positions at Kerry Ingredients and Flavours UK and apetito AG. Patrick Bühr is a trained chef and graduated from Münster University of Applied Sciences with a degree in nutritional science. His goal at the Rügenwalder Mühle is lead the company to a more collaborative innovation approach and to open up towards existing and future technologies around sustainable food production.
