Where and when will the New Food Conference 2026 take place?

The New Food Conference 2026 will take place on 25 August 2026 at the Gasometer on the EUREF-Campus in Berlin, a leading hub for sustainability and innovation in Berlin.

How do I get to the venue?

The EUREF-Campus is easily accessible by public transport. Detailed travel information, including directions and parking options, will be provided closer to the event.

How does the registration process work?

Please bring your ticket QR code, either digitally or printed. Upon arrival, you will receive your conference badge at the registration desk.

A free cloakroom will be available throughout the day, including storage for suitcases.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

If you can no longer attend, please contact us at newfoodconference@proveg.org regarding ticket transfer options.

Will catering be provided?

Yes. Plant-based catering will be available throughout the event and is included in your ticket.

What language will the conference be held in?

The conference programme will be held in English.

How accessible is the venue and how can I request support?

The New Food Conference is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming experience for all participants.

The Gasometer and EUREF-Campus are largely barrier-free and accessible to wheelchair users. Accessible entrances, elevators, and restrooms are available on site.

If you have accessibility requirements, dietary requirements, allergies, or other individual needs, please let us know during registration or contact us in advance at newfoodconference@proveg.org. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
