Alexa is an expert in international school systems and curriculum development with a plant based narrative. After working on the school programs of Greenpeace and ProVeg Germany, her journey led her to the Educated Choices Program where she was in charge of globalizing their offers and launching in Europe. Aside from her non-profit efforts, she has moderated various events such as the IARC in Luxembourg, is a certified voice-over speaker and has published two audio books.
