Plant-based expert Verena Wiederkehr heads the business development of the purely plant-based assortment in the category management team at REWE Group at BILLA. Her role includes strategy setting, embedding knowledge about the plant-based market in the organization, and shaping the pure plant-based assortment. Previously, she worked for Beyond Meat and ProVeg International, where she proactively drove the further development of the plant-based category together with retailers and manufacturers.
